The location is outstanding, within walking distance of major attractions such as Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, making it very convenient for exploring Florence.

The breakfast offered was rather disappointing, consisting mainly of pre-packaged items that did not reflect the rich culinary culture of Italy.

Historic location, spacious room!

Amazing location right by Palazzo Vecchio. Steps away from the Uffizi Gallery and other major attractions. Large room, although it lacked a view, but that didn't matter much with the vibrant square outside. Great dining area available with shared kitchen facilities. However, check-in took an eternity with poor communication, which left me feeling frustrated after a long journey. On top of that, the air conditioning was locked and not controlled by me, making the room warmer than I would have preferred for sleeping. Though breakfast was available, it consisted of prepackaged items that weren't satisfying compared to local café options. Despite the central location, the lack of attention to comfort and breakfast quality was disappointing.

The location is perfect for exploring Florence, being right in the

heart of historical attractions. The mix of old-world charm with modern comforts was delightful. Although the stairs might be a challenge for some, the views from the rooms and the friendly staff made our stay memorable.

i must mention the air conditioning is supposedly locked, which made for uncomfortably warm nights. on top of that, the breakfast was a pathetic spread of packaged goods that i could’ve bought at a gas station. as a guest who deserved a little extra attention, it’s shocking i didn’t even get an upgrade, i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The check-in process dragged on inconveniently long!!! The noise from nearby restaurants disrupted peace at night, which could use some soundproofing!!! Also, managing the temperature control directly instead of relying on staff would be a nice touch!!!

Couple perfect getaway

This place is a true find! Impeccably clean and had an updated bathroom. Can't forget about the snacks in the room and a mini-fridge — that made everything easier after long days. The owner seems to have thought of everything we could need, like maps and even some nice decor. Plus, the communication with the staff was excellent, they were helpful and super friendly!

It wasn't cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.

The economy room we initially stayed in provided a unique charm, despite being small. The staff member who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcome. Our extended stay in the larger room was comfortable, and the accessible city view made our experience even better as we woke up to the magic of Florence each morning.

However, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell upon arrival that took some time to dissipate.

This charming spot nails location and has a delightful reception area with all the essentials for a comfy stay.
